We're looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Leaders across Skyline rely on clear, trustworthy insights to make decisions that shape our future. As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you turn strategy into visible, measurable outcomes. Your work empowers teams to act faster, reduce time to value, and strengthen data-driven decisions across Skyline. You don't just report on the business; you help steer it, automate it, and scale it. 

You will be part of Amplify, our agile, self-organizing team focused on boosting revenue and reducing costs by improving how Skyline operates. Amplify is a small, high-impact team (up to 5 people) focused on improving organizational and operational effectiveness. We address pain points that slow down value delivery and replace them with solutions that scale and compound over time. Our mission: boost revenue and reduce costs by improving how Skyline works.

• You will build standardized, reusable reporting solutions for Sales & Marketing.

• You will enable leadership to prioritize faster with the insights you make possible.

• You will automate repetitive administrative processes to speed up value delivery.

• You will create a reliable KPI view to boost opportunities and sales.

• You will work on a backlog of business problems (not predefined features) to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. This role is designed to grow with you. You can expand beyond the Power Platform into a broader range of enabling technologies, and take a stronger role in shaping Skyline's internal operating system over time.

What skills do you require?
No doubt you know your way around Power Platforms. But let's dig a bit deeper into the various technical skills you'll need to get started as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer.

• Strong experience with Power BI: data preparation, modeling, DAX, and insight creation.

• Ability to build Power Automate flows that remove manual work and create frictionless experiences.

• Experience creating Power Apps that help teams act on data.

• Proven ability to build solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.

• (Nice to have) Experience with Copilot Studio and AI‑amplified workflows.

• (Nice to have) Hands‑on experience with DataMiner Dashboards and Low‑Code Apps.

• (Nice to have) Affinity with operational excellence, cost awareness, and value creation.
