Warehouse Operator (m/f)

Opis posla

        Receipt and Dispatch of Goods:
- Manage incoming shipments, ensuring accurate verification of quantities, quality, and documentation
- Prepare goods for dispatch, including packaging, labeling, and quality checks
- Organize loading and unloading activities, while maintaining effective collaboration with drivers and carriers.

Warehouse Operations
- Organize, label, and allocate goods within the warehouse for optimal efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.

Transport Coordination
- Coordinate both internal and external transportation activities
- Track shipment status and proactively resolve logistics issues
- Communicate effectively with delivery services, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.

Safety and Workplace Standards
- Adhere to safe work practices in handling and storage operations
- Ensure cleanliness and order in warehouse and handling areas
- Operate equipment responsibly and in compliance with safety guidelines.

Working Conditions
- The role is performed primarily within warehouse and handling facilities
- Duties may occasionally involve physical tasks, including the lifting and movement of goods.

Uvjeti:
- Secondary vocational or technical education, preferably in logistics.
- Knowledge of logistics procedures and basic warehouse systems
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Work experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Proficiency in computer use and basic information systems (Excel, WMS) is preferred.
