        Your responsibilities:
Filming & Photography:
- Film on location during seasonal shoots
- Capture supporting photography where needed

Video Editing:
- Edit and deliver high-quality content using Adobe Premier Pro, Audition & After Effects
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals

Production Planning:
- Support with pre-production tasks: content ideation, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and talent recruitment

An exciting opportunity awaits a creative, organised, and dynamic Video Assistant to join our growing Marketing Team!

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about travel, skilled in video production, and has a flair for visual storytelling to help bring Sail Croatia and its associated brands to life.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or current student looking to gain hands-on experience in video production with a leading small-ship cruise operator.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing and filming
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for storytelling and digital content creation
- Willingness to travel and participate in seasonal shoots
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Proficiency in English

Preferred qualifications:
- Tertiary education (completed or in progress) in Film, Video, Media, or a related field
- Experience in creating content within the travel or tourism industry
- Understanding of social media video trends and platform-specific strategies (desirable but not essential)
