My Staffing Partner is hiring a Truck Dispatcher for the night shift at our Brčko office, supporting a rapidly growing U.S. trucking company. While their day team is offline, you are the operation — tracking and tracing semi trucks across America, handling after-hours situations, and making sure every load shows up on time. It's real U.S. logistics experience, real responsibility, and a company that is scaling fast. The client's company name is disclosed to candidates upon hire.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Track & trace every active load overnight — monitor GPS/ELD locations, update ETAs, and flag late risks before they become problems
• Provide after-hours coverage for the fleet — first point of contact for drivers on breakdowns, delays, detention, and shipper/receiver issues
• Communicate clearly with U.S. drivers, brokers, and customers by phone and email — in English, all night, every night
• Keep clean, accurate notes in the TMS and hand the day team a tight morning handoff
• Support load-board activity (DAT) and dispatch tasks as the operation needs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent spoken and written English — this is a must; you will be on the phone with America every shift
• Experience with DAT, load boards, or the U.S. trucking market is a strong plus
• Night-shift reliability: on-site in our Brčko office from 11 PM / 12 AM until 7–8 AM — no remote work
• Calm under pressure, fast decisions, and full ownership of your trucks
• Solid computer skills — we train you on our TMS, tracking tools, and processes
