Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Starting 1,400 BAM/month

My Staffing Partner is opening the door for driven, English-speaking candidates to break into the U.S. trucking industry - no prior experience required. We provide full paid training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear, fast path to grow into more senior dispatch roles. If you're sharp, coachable, and ready to work hard from day one, this is where you start.

What You'll Do

• Learn to dispatch and coordinate drivers under the guidance of experienced senior dispatchers

• Communicate directly with U.S. drivers throughout their shift, in English

• Track loads, update trip status, and flag issues to your team lead

• Learn HOS regulations, ELD systems, and load planning fundamentals

• Build the skills and track record to progress into a Senior Dispatcher role

Requirements - Please Read Carefully

Strong spoken and written English is required - this is a non-negotiable part of the role. No prior trucking experience is necessary; we will train you.

• Confident, clear English communication, spoken and written

• Coachable, reliable, and eager to learn fast

• Comfortable working a 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift, Monday - Friday, on-site

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

• Positive attitude and real drive to grow quickly within the company
