ABOUT MY STAFFING PARTNER

My Staffing Partner is a growing staffing and operations company based in Sarajevo, supporting multiple US-based logistics businesses under one roof. We operate an active freight brokerage, a fleet of company drivers, and an in-house brokerage — and we are expanding.

Our management team brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the US transportation industry. When you join this team, you sit in the same office as colleagues across brokerage, compliance, pricing, and accounting. You will not be siloed — you will grow.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Truck Dispatcher to join our operations team and manage a fleet of 9 company drivers across US lanes. This is not simply a dispatcher seat — it is a leadership-track opportunity. As we continue adding trucks in batches, we are investing in the right person now who can grow into a senior or team lead role as we scale.

You will work closely with our in-house brokerage to maximize freight efficiency, maintain strong driver relationships, and ensure every load is covered on time with full documentation.

This role operates on a 14:00 to 23:00 shift, in-office in Sarajevo. No remote arrangements are available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispatch and manage a fleet of 9 company drivers across US freight lanes

• Coordinate with the in-house brokerage team to align available capacity with booked freight

• Monitor all loads from pickup through delivery, ensuring on-time performance and proactive communication

• Maintain clear, professional communication with drivers at all stages of transit

• Update TMS records, ETAs, and load documentation accurately and in real time

• Escalate issues — delays, breakdowns, load discrepancies — promptly and with full information

• Position yourself for increased responsibility as additional trucks are added to the fleet

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience dispatching trucks in the US trucking industry — mandatory

• Solid working knowledge of HOS regulations, driver management, and load coordination

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal

• Ability to multitask effectively and stay composed in a fast-paced, real-time environment

• Familiarity with TMS platforms is an advantage

• College degree preferred

• CV must be in English with accurate employment history matching your LinkedIn profile
