Technical Test Engineer (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Collaborate with project team members and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design and prepare test cases based on requirements, specifications and planned features
- Execute manual tests according to test plans and defined test scenarios
- Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts to support functional and regression testing
- Integrate and maintain automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines
- Develop test strategies and continuously improve verification and testing processes
- Identify, document and track defects
- Support development with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Prepare test reports for each release summarizing test coverage, results, defects and overall test status
- Identify efficient ways to test maintenance releases while maintaining the required level of quality
- Build, maintain and improve the physical test lab and test environments
- Evaluate and experiment with new test methods, tools and frameworks

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor of Science in computer or electrical engineering (or similar)
- Good understanding of testing practices such as acceptance testing, regression testing, sanity testing, API testing, integration testing with third-party systems, stress and performance testing (hands-on experience is a strong plus)
- Practical experience with any of the following is considered a strong advantage:{ADVANTAGE}

- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with version control systems, especially Git
- Understanding of networking technologies and IP telephony
- Hands-on experience from development or test automation projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach, providing open and honest feedback
- Quality-focused, systematic, and solution-oriented
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written is required
