Technical Service and Support

Opis posla

        On behalf of our client, TEOL PAK d.o.o., a leading company in the field of B2B industrial packaging and a member of the pan-European Pack Synergy association, Manpower is seeking a candidate to fill the position of: 

Technical service and support
• Installation and start up of packaging equipment (machines, tools, accessories…)
• Training to customer’s personnel
• Service and maintenance of packaging equipment
• Troubleshooting by using network of manufacturers and partners technical support
• Handling spare parts inventory (ordering and warehousing) 
• Support field sales in trials and presentation of packaging equipment
• Keep records about installed and/or maintained packaging equipment
• Frequent traveling depending on technical support and service requirements

Requirements
• Minimum high school IV degree of mechanical or preferably electrical field (automation)
• Previous working experience minimum 3 years
• Excellent analytical skills
• Team player with polite and friendly manners
• Accurate, precise, calm and durable
• Initiative and positive attitude
• PC literate
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Driving license B category and good driving behavior
