Technical Consultant (SQL) (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Design, develop and maintain technical solutions within the HRnet application
- Create and optimise SQL procedures, scripts and database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server
- Support system integrations and data migration projects for new and existing clients
- Collaborate with developers, consultants and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

Uvjeti:
Essential
- Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
- Strong SQL and database development skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Professional working proficiency in Croatian and English

Nice to have requirements
- Experience with data migration and system integration projects
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll or Workforce Management processes
- Previous experience in software implementation or consulting environments
- Experience working with enterprise business applications
