System Engineer (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Administer Active Directory environment, including user and group management, access control, Group Policy, and DNS configuration
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, permissions, and enterprise applications
- Administer Exchange infrastructure (On-Premises and Cloud), including mailbox management, hybrid configuration, mail migrations, and troubleshooting mail flow issues
- Provide L2 support for internal users by resolving software, hardware, and system access issues
- Support external users by managing access, resolving login issues, and troubleshooting authentication and permission-related problems
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM ticketing system
- Administer Microsoft 365 environment, including licenses, permissions, and policies
- Support Forti VPN implementation and manage VPN access groups
- Manage domain-level MFA activation and user enrollment support
- Perform Microsoft 365 migrations, including mailbox, archive, and OneDrive migrations, while resolving M365 application issues

Uvjeti:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration (User/Group Management, GPO, DNS, Access Control)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Exchange Server administration (On-Premises and Hybrid environments)
- Experience with Forti VPN configuration and access group management
- Knowledge of MFA deployment and troubleshooting
- Understanding of ITSM processes and ticketing systems
- Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux
- Understanding of network protocols and security solutions
- Microsoft (Windows Server / Active Directory / M365) and/or CompTIA certifications are considered an advantage
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
