System Architect (m/ž)

Opis posla

        - Lead technical discussions with customers and understand their network and solution requirements.
- Translate customer needs into solution designs aligned with Enea product capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and engineering teams to define and refine technical solutions.
- Support deployment and integration activities in customer environments.
- Provide technical expertise during solution design, implementation and troubleshooting phases.
- Contribute to architecture discussions related to Enea`s products in telecom network environments.

Uvjeti:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. We also welcome applications from candidates with equivalent practical experience in lieu of a formal degree.
- Advanced understanding of networking and routing design principles.
- Basic understanding of mobile telecommunications networks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with storage solutions, hardware platforms or network architectures.
- Experience working with Linux systems such as RHEL or CentOS.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware vCloud/vSphere or OpenStack.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker.
- Knowledge of mobile network architectures including 4G/5G environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools to optimize day-to-day operations
