Opis posla

        - Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and maki rolls, ensuring high-quality standards and aesthetic presentation.
- Manage all aspects of sushi preparation, including rice cooking, fish cutting, and ingredient sourcing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to procure fresh and high-quality ingredients.

Uvjeti:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Employment Details
- Full-time employment.
- Working time is organized through the redistribution of working hours in accordance with the Croatian Labour Act and operational business requirements.
- Work is organized in shifts and may include weekends, public holidays, and other non-working days.
- The gross monthly base salary for this position ranges from EUR 1,843 depending on the candidate's qualifications, relevant professional experience, and competencies.
- Additional compensation for overtime, night work, Sunday work, and public holiday work is provided in accordance with the Croatian Labour Act and the applicable Collective Agreement.
