Supply Chain Manager (m/f)

Opis posla

        The Supply Chain Manager (m/f) is responsible for leading, coordinating and continuously improving all supply chain activities across the plants within the Product Segment. The role covers demand and production planning, SIOP governance, inventory management, logistics, customer delivery performance, supplier coordination and procurement of indirect materials and services within the assigned scope.

Uvjeti:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the Automotive industry
- Experience in people management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Production Planning
- Experience in Logistics and Inventory Management
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is preferred
- Experience in Customer and Supplier Management
- Knowledge of automotive standards, ideally IATF 16949
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
- Business fluent English; Croatian is required, while German or other European languages are considered a plus
