Strojarski tehničar / Mechanical technician (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Calibrating equipment and tools
- Reading blueprints and specifications
- Attaching and fastening parts together
- Maintaining machinery and tools
- Implementing safety procedures and protocols
- Setting up machinery and tools by attaching parts, installing or replacing gears, and making adjustments
- Calibrating subassemblies, such as motor assemblies, circuit boards, and hydraulic systems.
- Reading and analysing blueprints and specifications to determine the sequence of steps required to assemble a machine
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and  basic electronics
- Conducting routine inspections on machinery and tools to detect and prevent malfunctioning and breakdowns
- Minor repairs, such as tightening or adjusting screws and bolts, rewiring, and replacing worn-out belts and filters

- Very good mechanical assembly skills
- Quality and customer orientation
- Independent as well as good teamwork
- Problem-solving and high-quality working skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Good English skills (German is an advantage)
- Basic electrical assembly skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is an advantage
- Work with a Forklift and Hydraulic platform is advantage
- Able to use hand/power tools and testing equipment
- Physically able to bend, stand, climb and lift heavy objects
- Very analytical, love taking initiative and you know how to gauge priorities
- A good communicator. You communicate well within your team
- A people person. You love to meet new people
