Join Transcom as a Real Time Analyst (m/f)!
In this role, you will:
- Work for a leading European digital investment platform that enables simple and affordable investing in stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and private markets through a mobile app, with low fees and competitive interest on cash balances
- Keep a close eye on real-time performance and make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the day
- Spot trends and flag potential issues early, helping teams stay on track
- Turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations
- Collaborate with team leaders and operations to keep performance on point
- Start in mid- to late May

Uvjeti:
- C1+ level proficiency in Spanish and English
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening
- Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify causes, and support decision-making
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
