Your Tasks:


Solution Coordination: Collate inputs from cross-functional teams to craft solutions that meet customer requirements


Expert Consultation: Offer your solutions expertise throughout the sales lifecycle


Documentation: Accurately document the agreed solutions requirements


Contractual Translation: Convert solution requirements into applicable contractual formats (e.g., Statements of Work (SOW))


Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives aimed at increasing automation and reducing delivery times


What We Expect:


Experience and Expertise: 5+ years of work experience in solutions or consulting, preferably in a BPO environment


Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)


Functional Competencies:



Broad knowledge of customer experience and trust and safety business


Strong solutions coordination and development skills


Effective stakeholder management


General knowledge of project management principles


Ability to solve complex problems with innovative approaches and sound judgment

Supportive and customer-centric mindset


Tech-savvy with a focus on leveraging technology


Commitment to self-development and continuous learning



Excellent English communication skills; German is considered an asset
