Opis posla

        - Own and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and beyond
- Plan, run and optimise Meta paid campaigns — from setup to reporting
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce content that looks great and converts
- Stay ahead of trends, test new formats, and make data-driven decisions
- Act as a key connector between marketing, production and commercial teams

Uvjeti:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience (campaign setup, targeting, A/B testing, optimisation)
- Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools
- Analytical — you read the numbers and know what to do with them
- Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving team
- Background in fitness, sport or lifestyle — a big plus
- C1 level German — a big plus
