Opis posla

        - Own the full lifecycle of Cloud & Data Center services, from strategy and design to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Define and drive the service roadmap aligned with business needs and IT strategy.
- Ensure reliable, secure, compliant, and cost-efficient service delivery.
- Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives, migrations, and service improvement projects.
- Coordinate priorities across delivery teams, vendors, and service partners.
- Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, service documentation, and operational governance.
- Collaborate with security, service management, and regional IT teams to ensure global alignment.

Uvjeti:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience managing Cloud & Data Center services in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working with modern data center technologies and infrastructure operations.
- Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Proven experience managing vendors, service providers, and contractual relationships.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable and reliable technology services.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and service excellence.
