Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Opis posla

        - Executing on-site and remote service activities for fleet management products and solutions
- Installing and servicing vehicle telematics, monitoring systems, and other electronic equipment in commercial vehicles and machinery
- Diagnosing technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Providing technical support, consulting, and training to customers, external installation partners, and internal teams
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring high service quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate service documentation
- Continuously building expertise in SICK products and services

Uvjeti:
- High school diploma in technical field (Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar)
- Willingness and ability to work in the field and travel to customer sites
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in new technologies and solutions
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to work with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in the field and travel to customer sites as required
