A successful and future-oriented company structure creates space for further growth.YOUR PROFILEMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical fieldProven professional experience in hardware/electronics development for complex embedded systemsStrong knowledge of circuit design, component selection and dimensioning, and PCB developmentExperience with tools for schematic design, PCB layout, and electronic circuit/component simulationSolid understanding of EMC-compliant PCB design and robust electronics developmentExperience working in standards-driven development environmentsFamiliarity with hardware verification, testing, and cooperation with test laboratories and/or certification bodiesAbility to structure complex technical topics, make sound engineering decisions, and take ownership within a projectConfidence to guide other engineers technically while remaining hands-onAbility to communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly within multidisciplinary project teamsLanguages: English is required, German is desirableYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze system and customer requirements and translate them into hardware specificationsDevelop implementation concepts and define hardware architectures for robust and reliable electronic systemsTake technical ownership of hardware development within projects, coordinate hardware activities, and provide technical guidance to other engineersDesign and review electronic circuits, including component selection and dimensioning, schematic design, and PCB layoutPlan hardware and system verification and evaluate electronics for functionality, reliability, and robustnessEnsure EMC requirements and applicable technical standards are considered throughout developmentCooperate with external test laboratories and certification bodies where requiredWork closely with embedded software, test, mechanical, and functional safety engineersSupport the transition from development to series productionProvide technical input and effort estimates for project planningShare expertise and support the technical development of less experienced engineersWHAT WE OFFERInnovative and varied tasks in the development of tailor-made solutions for our customersAn attractive workplaceConvenient location as well as very good accessibility by public transportHigh degree of self-determination and short decision-making pathsCollegial cooperation and flat hierarchiesInternal and external training and further education opportunitiesFlexible working hoursHOW TO APPLYInterested in joining our team?Apply directly through the job posting on our website (www.prosafety.ba) or send your CV via: "Prijavite se na oglas" option.We look forward to hearing from you!
