Senior AI Developer (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Design and develop AI products and features across our EPG metadata and broadcasting content stack
- Architect LLM workflows, prompting strategies, and output validation pipelines
- Integrate third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) into scalable, production-ready systems
- Evaluate and fine-tune AI models to improve performance on sports and broadcast-specific data
- Build intelligent agents and multi-step reasoning workflows that can handle complex, real-time data scenarios
- Ensure AI output quality through structured validation, testing frameworks, and human-in-the-loop review processes
- Monitor and iterate on AI features in production, tracking performance, catching drift, and improving over time

Uvjeti:
- 5+ years in software development
- Solid hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering in production environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
