Sales Representative (m/f)

        We are looking to add to our growing Sales team a Sales Representative, who will be responsible for generating new sales by convincing Online Retailers and other companies to offer their customers the option of delivery to the BOX NOW Parcel lockers. 

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition of new clients. You will be responsible for understanding our client’s needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities: 
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads with Online Retailers and other companies in Croatia 
- Contact decision makers and present the BOX NOW services 
- Understand and analyze client’s business needs and provide tailored logistics solutions 
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients 
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay updated on industry developments 
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services to existing clients

Uvjeti:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- English and perfect Croatian language are a must
- Proficient in MS Office
