Sales Representative - Healthcare (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Understanding customer needs, procurement processes, and decision-making within healthcare
- Developing relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions across Croatia
- Identifying new business opportunities and arranging customer meetings
- Presenting the product portfolio and conducting commercial negotiations
- Regular field work and travel throughout Croatia

Uvjeti:
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Degree in economics or healthcare field (e.g. pharmacy, biotechnology, natural sciences, or similar)
- Understanding of healthcare procurement and hospital decision-making processes
- Strong sales mindset, communication, and negotiation skills
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and a proactive approach
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Valid Category B driving license
- Willingness to travel throughout Croatia
