Sales Representative - Crop Science (m/ž)

Opis posla

        - Develop long and short-term sales & marketing activities in the prescribed geographic area (Krapinsko-zagorska, Međimurska, Varaždinska, Koprivničko-križevačka, Bjelovarsko-bilogorska county)
- Managing demand creation activities in the prescribed area
- Responsible for planning and execution of sales plans for CP and Seeds
- Tracking of agreed, ordered, and delivered POG vol at POS and F2F Farm level
- Following provisions for Incentive programs (vouchers) with F2F Farms
- Support for new product launches by managing trials in the field and good collaboration with MD and Marketing departments
- Manage POS & farmers - related complaints
- Following competitor activities at POS & farm level
- Deliver market needs (based on customer's experiences) to country management
- Support sales season review and new season preparation

Uvjeti:
You are open to new challenges and have the following qualifications / experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science
- Experience within the agriculture industry is an advantage
- Detailed technical knowledge about our products is desirable
- Proficient knowledge of IT is mandatory
- Goal-oriented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing, and changing environment
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills)
