About the Job
As our new Sales Manager, you’ll join our DEIF SCEE (South Central and Eastern Europe) sales team, responsible for over +10 countries across South, Central and Eastern Europe. In this position, you’ll drive growth in the market, with a strong focus on our solutions for renewable applications (i.e. Micro grid applications, Solar & Wind applications, Power converter, etc.).

Working tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for selected focus areas.
- Grow DEIF’s presence in the market by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Strengthen customer relationships and drive market penetration in intelligent energy solutions.
- Provide market insights and share customer knowledge with the sales organisation.
- Represent DEIF at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events (approx. 60–80 travel days per year)

The role is based at our DEIF SCEE subsidiary in Zagreb with the option to work from home on several days per month.

Uvjeti:
What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you combine technical understanding with strong commercial insight and a proactive mindset. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes, building long term customer relationships, and taking ownership of market development in a diverse, international environment.

In addition to this, you have:
- A technical background within electronics, preferably within the energy sector
- 3-5 years in B2B sales with a proven track record on results and market development
- Advanced English skills, written and spoken
