        We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operations Assistant (m/f) to join our Distribution team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who's ready to learn fast and grow alongside a team that moves quickly and thinks big.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing operational and administrative support to the distribution team in day-to-day activities
- Assisting with trade marketing activities - from coordination to on-ground execution
- Preparing basic sales and operational analyses and reports
- Supporting the planning and execution of promotional activities
- Monitoring card inventory and distribution materials
- Assisting with KYB processes and related operational tasks

Uvjeti:
Qualifications you bring:
- English proficiency, written and spoken
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience in sales, retail, or working with retail chains will be considered a plus
- Familiarity with basic sales reporting or SAP/ERP systems will be considered a plus
- A genuine curiosity and growth mindset
