Regional Sales Manager (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Managing direct communication and relationship development with assigned clients in the Croatian market 
- Negotiating with clients and preparing commercial offers and sales contracts 
- Analysing sales volumes and product performance data 
- Evaluating the impact of pricing on sales performance 
- Presenting products to clients and organizing product tastings 
- Developing sales of ŽP products by identifying new sales channels and establishing new business relationships

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the fresh food categories (dairy, meat, bakery products, etc.)
- Experience in the dairy industry is strongly preferred
- Good understanding of retail distribution channels and food product listing processes
- Established contacts with retail buyers and key account representatives in retail chains
- Ability to identify and propose activities that support stronger shelf presence and increased end-customer sales of ŽP brands
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Professional business English level, at least B2
