Recruitment and Admissions Specialist (Promotion of Educational Programs) (m/f)

Opis posla

        This is not a “sales” role in the traditional sense.

You’ll help students make one of the most important decisions of their lives – where and what to study. 
- Guide prospective students and families through the college decision process 
- Represent RIT Croatia at high schools, fairs, and events in Croatia and abroad
- Do phone outreach to potential students 
- Build genuine relationships (calls, messages, meetings – not scripts) 
- Organize and host campus visits and info sessions 
- Interview applicants and support them through the admission process
- Collaborate with your team to reach enrollment goals 
- Bring new ideas on how to connect with future students

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is a plus) 
- Fluency in Croatian and English 
- Experience in customer-facing roles, education, or sales is helpful, but not essential (we do like candidates with a bit of a sales drive) 
- Strong communication and presentation skills 
- Good organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- International experience (studying, working, exchange programs, or similar) is a strong plus 
- Willingness to travel and meet students where they are 
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive
