        We’re building a Human Resources team in Zagreb! Join us and play an important role in driving HR initiatives and supporting our employees for one of Switzerland’s leading retailers – Manor AG.

As a Recruiter (m/f), you will support recruitment process, assist hiring managers and senior recruiters, handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and help ensure a positive candidate experience.

 What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to extending job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers 
- Support sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews 
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in HR systems
- Assist with onboarding tasks and related HR documentation 
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers on recruitment projects

Uvjeti:
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- University degree in Social Sciences or a related field
- Fluency in at least two of the three languages: German, French, Italian; English is an advantage
- Excellent skills in talent sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong quality awareness and adherence to company policies and regulations
