Receptionist - Switchboard Operator (m/f)

        The Embassy of Algeria is seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Switchboard Operator for apermanent position.
Duties:
The position covers a range of tasks related to reception and telephone switchboard operations at the Embassy. Duties include welcoming visitors, managing the telephone switchboard and directing calls, providing general information, scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support when required.
Position:
A permanent employment contract will be offered.
Education, knowledge & skills:

University degree or equivalent qualification
Excellent command of French and English
Knowledge of Bosnian is highly desirable
Good presentation and strong customer service skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy
Teamwork experience, positive attitude and flexibility
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage

Salary:
To be agreed during the interview.
Non-Bosnians who are resident in Bosnia are required to be in possession of a permanentresidence permit to be considered for the position.
