Quality Engineer (m/ž)

        SXI Croatia is entering the initial phase of launching production of instrument transformers (CT/VT) and electromagnetic components. To ensure product quality, process safety, and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, we are establishing a foundational Quality function.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will be the first member of the Quality department and play a key role in ensuring a safe production start-up and future quality development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing electrical testing of transformers (WR, IR, TTR, HV, no-load test, polarity, inductance, etc.) 
- Recording, analyzing, and interpreting test results
- Incoming material inspections and process control
- Ensuring compliance with technical drawings and BOM
- Preparing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality documentation
- Supporting internal, customer, and certification audits
- Managing nonconformities (NCR), CAPA activities, and quality metrics

Uvjeti:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial quality control
- Knowledge of electrical testing equipment and transformer principles is advantage
- Experience with ISO 9001 and familiarity with IEC standards
- Ability to create documentation and establish QMS processes
- Structured, autonomous, and analytical working style
