Quality control managment Expert (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Develop, implement, and maintain uniform product quality standards across all production sites within the Group.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO, IFS, BRC).
- Maintain and regularly update standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for production, quality control, hygiene, and documentation.
- Collaborate with plant managers, quality teams, and technical departments to harmonize and align operational practices.
- Conduct gap analyses and internal audits to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance to site teams on implementing group-wide quality standards.
- Support certification and audit preparation processes across all sites.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management, highlighting risks and improvement actions.

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance, customer service, or claims management, preferably within the food industry.
- Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 9001, IFS, BRC).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Preferably familiar with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
