Uvjeti:
The Quality Assurance Engineer has a background balanced with industrial experiences and processes combined with start-up fast moving organizations, as well as:

- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Shipbuilding Engineering (Naval Architecture)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within shipyards or shipbuilding newbuilding projects (experience in similar heavy industries will also be considered).
- Comprehensive understanding of current shipbuilding regulations and QA requirements (e.g., DNV Rules, CRS Rules, IACS, etc.) complemented by a solid technical understanding of core shipbuilding production steps.
- Very good technical basic understanding of shipbuilding production steps
- Proficiency in MS Office and common software applications
- Fluency in both written and spoken technical English.
- A careful, forward-looking, and highly motivated way of working.
- A flexible and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- High awareness regarding time, costs, and quality constraints.
