QA Engineer Junior (m/f)

        Emovis is expanding its development center in Split, and we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the quality assurance process across our products, participate in testing activities, and work closely with experienced QA engineers and developers to ensure the reliability and performance of our electronic tolling and smart mobility solutions. Our technology stack includes microservices, containerization (Docker), and Linux-based environments.

Responsibilities:
- Execute manual testing activities based on defined test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Participate in regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation
- Support automation testing initiatives and learn automation tools
- Verify bug fixes and validate software releases
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices
- Learn and apply software testing methodologies and industry best practices

Uvjeti:
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in software testing or related IT roles
- Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
- Basic understanding of Linux environments

Nice to have:
- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs
- Exposure to automation testing tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
