Project Manager – Embedded Devices (m/f/d)

Opis posla

        - Leading embedded device development projects from idea generation and system concept through development, validation, industrialization, and release 
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers (hardware, software, mechanical, test) to evaluate technical solutions, make trade-off decisions, and manage technical risks 
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and with the expected quality while balancing technical innovation, cost, and schedule considerations 
- Translating customer requirements into clear technical objectives and development roadmaps 
- Driving collaboration between R&D, Product Management, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure successful product realization 
- Identifying technical and organizational obstacles and supporting the team in resolving them efficiently
- Communicating project status, progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders

Uvjeti:
- University degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience working in a similar position 
- Solid understanding of hardware-software integration (electronics, mechanics, operating systems, software applications) 
- Know-how of PLC programming and industrial fieldbuses is beneficial 
- Fluency in English
- Proactiveness and hands-on approach to work
- Proneness to teamwork, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
