Project Manager (Construction) (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Leading the end-to-end construction delivery of new Museum of Illusions locations, from project plan to opening.
- Coordinating and collaborating with architects, local architectural partners, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders throughout the project.
- Identifying and managing local construction partners, supporting tendering and reviewing proposals.
- Overseeing construction sites and fit-out works to ensure quality and alignment with approved plans and technical requirements.
- Monitoring project budgets, committed costs and potential cost overruns.
- Planning and tracking project timelines and taking action to keep projects on schedule.
- Acting as the main construction-side point of contact for day-to-day questions, decisions, issues and escalations.
- Contributing to the Construction team’s processes and providing regular reports.

Uvjeti:
- A Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management and construction supervision (overseeing construction sites).
- Fluent English, with confidence in communicating with international stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
