Project Controller (f/m)

Opis posla

        - Introduce a centralized project controlling for all group companies
- Provide financial training for project managers
- Establish project-related data transparency and controlling processes
- Provide regular reports on project progress and actual vs. budget deviations for dedicated projects
- Act as a business partner and challenger for project managers
- Collaborate daily with the Headquarter Controlling/finance/project department

Uvjeti:
- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling
- Background in R&D or project controlling
- Proven experience in developing and introducing processes
- Experience working in an international environment
- IT affinity, particularly with ERP and project management tools
- Experience in several controlling positions is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English; German is desirable but not mandatory
