Privacy Expert (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Maintain and improve privacy policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance with the GDPR and other related laws and guidelines
- Conduct DPIA/TIA assessments and privacy risk assessments
- Contribute to privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default initiatives
- Participate in contract reviews and DPA reviews
- Review applications from various vendors (checking T&Cs, Privacy Policy, Security Policy) and summarize privacy risks
- Manage data subject requests and providing support in the event of an incident or data breach
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver training and raise data protection awareness within the company
- Track changes in GDPR and related laws and guidelines and propose improvements in privacy framework

Uvjeti:
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of personal data protection
- Excellent knowledge of the GDPR and personal data protection frameworks
- Experience in conducting privacy assessments and working with privacy governance processes
- Understanding of IT systems and cloud environments
- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to make independent decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of English, both spoken and written
