Own the Numbers Behind Every Deal

We're looking for an experienced Pricing Analyst to own pricing strategy across our freight brokerage division. This role sits at the center of every deal - quoting bids, setting buy rates, and maximizing sell rates to keep the business profitable and competitive in the U.S. market. If you know freight and dispatch inside and out and have a sharp eye for margin, this is a role where your judgment directly drives the bottom line.

What You'll Do

• Quote and respond to freight bids across the brokerage division

• Set buy rates with carriers and maximize sell rates with customers

• Analyze lane trends, market rates, and capacity to inform pricing decisions

• Work closely with dispatch and sales teams to price competitively and profitably

• Monitor margin performance across lanes and accounts

• Support strategic pricing decisions as the brokerage division grows

Requirements - Please Read Carefully

Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience AND minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience in the USA market are both required (3+ years each preferred). Candidates without direct USA trucking/brokerage experience will not be considered at this time.
