My Staffing Partner is a growing staffing and operations company based in Sarajevo, supporting multiple US-based logistics businesses under one roof. Our freight brokerage is active, competitive, and expanding — and pricing is at the center of how we win.

Our management team brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the US transportation market. We are building a high-performance team where specialists work alongside one another every day, and this role is one of the most senior on the analytical side of our brokerage operation.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst with deep experience in US freight brokerage to drive customer quoting, lane pricing, and capacity strategy for our brokerage operation. You know how to read the market. You know how to build pricing that wins business without sacrificing margin. You are comfortable with the tools and confident in your analysis.

This role works closely with sales, brokerage, and operations teams to ensure our pricing is accurate, competitive, and responsive to market conditions.

This role operates on a 14:00 to 23:00 shift, in-office in Sarajevo. No remote arrangements are available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver accurate customer quotes and lane-based pricing across a range of freight types and geographies

• Analyze market conditions and rate trends using RateView, DAT, Greenscreen.ai, internal bid boards, and additional tools

• Support bid responses and RFP submissions with structured, data-driven pricing strategies

• Monitor capacity availability and market movement to adjust pricing in real time

• Collaborate with sales, brokerage, and operations teams to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with business objectives

• Build and maintain internal lane history, pricing benchmarks, and rate databases

• Identify pricing opportunities and risk areas across the brokerage network

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in freight brokerage pricing within the US trucking market — mandatory

• Proficient use of industry pricing tools including RateView, DAT, Greenscreen.ai, internal bid boards, or equivalent platforms

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable pricing decisions

• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple pricing requests in a fast-paced environment

• College degree preferred

• CV must be in English with accurate employment history matching your LinkedIn profile
