Presales Engineering Manager (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Presales Engineering team supporting modular and hybrid data center and power room projects
- Develop and coordinate integrated solutions across electrical, HVAC, architectural, civil, controls, monitoring, and fire protection disciplines
- Review customer specifications, tender documents, drawings, and technical requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- Partner with Sales and customers to develop and present technical concepts and proposals
- Coordinate technical interfaces with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and project teams
- Review engineering deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements and applicable standards
- Identify technical risks and develop creative, cost-effective solutions
- Improve engineering tools, standards, processes, and workflows
- Mentor and develop engineers, establish performance objectives, and support career growth
- Support the transition of awarded projects from Presales into detailed design and execution

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, modular construction, or related industries
- Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong understanding of data center design, systems, and architecture
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, customer requirements, drawings, and applicable codes and standards
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-development capabilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; AutoCAD experience preferred
- English minimum B2 level
