        - Ad Management & Execution: Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, focusing primaraly on direct-response and booking conversions.
- Real-Time Optimization: Use daily performance data to optimize bids, audiences, and placements, ensuring we remain agile and responsive to market shifts.
- Creative Iteration: Work closely with our creative team to iterate on ad assets, providing feedback based on real-time social performance data.
- Algorithm Mastery: Stay at the forefront of social media advertising trends, specifically managing strategy adjustments required by the Andromeda algorithm and other platform updates.
- Coordinated Performance: Align your daily tactics with the broader revenue goals defined by the Performance Team Lead to ensure maximum ROI.

Uvjeti:
- 2+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with a proven track record on Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Deep knowledge of social media advertising trends and technical algorithm changes.
- Proven ability to manage high-spend budgets while maintaining a strict focus on direct-response KPIs and ROI.
- Strong collaborative skills for working within an agile performance team and interacting with AI-augmented creative labs.
