Operations Manager (m/f)

        Leatherneck Logistics is looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Manager with strongproblem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. You will play a key role in ensuring the smoothrunning of daily operations and supporting a team of drivers.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support drivers throughout daily operations and departures.
Resolve operational and route issues and provide support where required.
Communicate with drivers, depot management, and clients.
Monitor driver performance and arrange training, including health & safety andonboarding.
Organise and roster drivers for shifts.
Maintain driver hours, payment records, uniforms, and equipment.
Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed before deployment.
Report and assist with incidents and traffic accidents.
Attend meetings and support other operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience in logistics, transport, or operations preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good English communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 10–12 hour shifts
Pay: Discussed during interview
