        We are currently seeking an Operations and Account Manager to join our office in Bihać. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the partner, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
• Manage partner-related requests, escalations, and operational activities in collaboration with partner and internal teams.
• Coordinate and process internal orders, service activation, and operational requests.
• Handle internal tickets, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of partner communications, requests, orders, and support activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Support account management activities and help strengthen the strategic partnership with the partner.
What we expect from you:
• University degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in the English language
• Proactive approach to personal and professional development.
