Opis posla

        - Manage daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and maintenance
- Coordinate office-related service providers (e.g., cleaning, building management, utilities)
- Manage company cars (leasing, maintenance, tyre changes, servicing, communication with providers)
- Organise meetings, business travel, and internal events
- Support onboarding and offboarding from an administrative side
- Handle incoming invoices and basic documentation
- Act as a point of contact for office-related topics
- Support different teams with administrative tasks
- Keep documentation and internal records up to date

Uvjeti:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
- You're approachable and easy to work with
- You're organised, reliable, and keep things on track
- You communicate clearly
- You manage your time well and can handle multiple tasks
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent in Croatian and English
