Uvjeti:
The Naval Architect (structure, outfitting, ship theory) (m/f) has a technical background balanced with industrial experiences and processes combined with start-up fast moving organizations, as well as:

- Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent in naval architecture, marine engineering or related fields
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in shipbuilding design
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCad, Rhinoceros)
- Excellent knowledge of structural reliability and maritime engineering principles
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Excellent English language skills, German is advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
