Molding Technician / Tehničar za brizganje plastike (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Monitor and inspect the molding process to maintain high efficiency and quality.
- Respond to equipment alarms and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform tool changes using Rapid Tool Change (RTC) techniques.
- Clean molds daily and complete shutdown/start-up activities.
- Record process data and keep logs up to date.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Train and support new team members.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Uvjeti:
- Knowledge of plastics and injection molding processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in molding or manufacturing is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in English
- Ability to work in shifts
