As Alkaloid Medical representative/Senior Medical representative, you will be responsible for implementing strategy and tactical plans/projects in agreement with local management.

Job position: Medical representative/Senior Medical representative

Location: Tuzlanski kanton i Zvornička regija 
(Preference will be given to candidates from Tuzlanski canton)

As a Medical Representative/Senior Medical representative, you will be representing Alkaloid’s vision, values, and commitments in the daily conduct with internal and external stakeholders.

Your main accountabilities will be:
• Designing, developing, and implementing the business plan for your geographical area to ensure that the company objectives are achieved.
• Providing customers with medical information and services consistent with their needs
• Building sustainable relationships and customer loyalty
• Participation in professional meetings and training on new products
• Monitoring and reporting on all important information on the market
• Reporting through the CRM system
• Coordinating the organization of presentations, seminars, and other professional gatherings.

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is gained in Pharmacy, Medicine, Stomatology.
• Experience in pharma industry is not required. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, result orientation and influencing skills.
• Basic knowledge of the English 
• B category driving license
• Solid PC usage is obligatory.
• Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals is also required.
