Mechanics Associate (m/f)

What will you do?
- Perform operational tasks related to the assembly, mounting, and adjustment of mechanical parts and assemblies of robotic systems in accordance with technical documentation, including participation in system testing and integration
- Participate in production activities in accordance with plans and instructions from supervisors and provide feedback on identified technical or process issues during the assembly and testing of mechanical systems
- Conduct basic quality checks of mechanical assemblies during production and adhere to internal procedures, quality standards, and occupational safety rules
- Record completed production activities, test results, and identified irregularities, and report these to supervisor
- Collaborate with production team members and other relevant departments, including the Research and Development Division, and participate in field activities related to installation, testing, functionality verification, and troubleshooting
- Actively participate in training and development activities and continuously builds the technical knowledge and skills required for work tasks in the field of mechanics

Uvjeti:
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum secondary school diploma in a technical field
- Basic understanding of production and assembly processes and work methodologies in the assembly and testing of mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of technical documentation, measurement results, and simple reports within production and testing activities
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components, materials, and design solutions, as well as their application in the assembly and integration of robotic systems
- Basic use of hand and power tools for the assembly and adjustment of mechanical assemblies, as well as basic measuring tools used in production and testing
- Basic knowledge of industrial standards, internal procedures, and safety requirements relevant to the production and testing of mechanical systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to follow instructions, organize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Motivation to learn, develop technical skills, and grow within the role
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
