Mechanical Site Engineer (m/f/d)

Opis posla

        - Organize and coordinate the erection team, including supervisors and quality inspectors.
- Monitor and follow up the execution of erection works in accordance with contract requirements, schedule and quality standards.
- Monitor subcontractor progress and identify potential risks, delays and interface issues.
- Supervise piping and equipment installation activities and support related engineering studies.
- Provide technical support during project execution and participate in technical, coordination and client meetings.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation activities.
- Manage site-related claims and protect company interests in contractual relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and participate in safety inspections and incident reporting.
- Ensure compliance with WTE quality and environmental procedures, including inspections, testing and management of non-conformities.

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
- Experience in wastewater treatment plant construction projects is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Ability to coordinate activities across different disciplines and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Accuracy, reliability, independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
